OUR BAY CITY SHOP HAS MOVED!

Always striving to bring you the best, we have moved our Bay City Shop from Midland Street to 6185 West Side Saginaw Road, which is at the I-75/M-84 Interchange.  Very easy on and off the highway access, as well as dedicated parking both in front and back to make your gear services and air fills more convenient.  Stop by to see our new shop sometime soon!!

INTRODUCING JACOB NELSON, PADI INSTRUCTOR!

CONGRATULATIONS are in order for our staff member, Jacob, for the completion of his instructor training!  Jacob's an amazing person and an awesome instructor!  We are so happy to have him on our dive team!  If you or someone you know is interested in learning to scuba dive, give him a call (he's usually at our Bay City Shop) to set up an appointment to get started on your own diving adventures.

OPENING JUNE 1ST AT 11 AM

We are officially welcoming you back to our stores as of  11 am on Monday, June 1st.  There will be safety measures in place to keep you and our staff well.  We ask that you please abide by these practices each time you visit.  Please feel free to walk into our establishments unless you see a message on the door stating we are maximum capacity at the moment.  We'll happily welcome you in as soon as space is available to keep our numbers in-house at a maximum of 10 person capacity.  We'll have hand sanitizer available insider our entrances.  Please use it when you enter and exit.  Please bring and wear your mask.  If you do not have one, we'll be happy to supply you with one upon entry.  Practice a safe 6-foot distance from all others inside our shops.  We're not marking the floors but stay an adult leatherback turtle length away from other patrons and our staff when you visit.  Check-in at our front desk when you visit.  We will be keeping track of all visitors, just in case.  We are hopeful we'll never need to reference this list, but on the chance that we are contacted at some point and notified someone that has visited our shop has become sick, we want to be able to notify you as well.  Please ask for assistance if you are shopping for anything that might require you to try it on for size.  Specifically masks, boots, fins, and wetsuits.  We want to make sure everything gets disinfected as necessary and the only way we can effectively monitor this is by working with you so we know what items to disinfect for all patrons' safety.  Please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well.  We can assist you by phone or email and welcome you to visit when you are feeling better.  Our SATURDAY HOURS are changing.  (Please see the footer of this page for location shop hours.)  Please be patient. Each of our staff members has many more responsibilities these days, and some services may take a bit longer to perform as a result.  We greatly appreciate your understanding that walk-in services (such as air fills) might take 2-3 times longer to perform while we disinfect everything prior to each use.  We are taking very seriously the well being of you, your families and our staff.  Thank you for sticking with us and for your cooperation as we move forward!

 

 

COVID-19 ~ This Too Shall Pass & Diving Will Commence! :)

Although ​many things have come to a standstill in the midst of COVID-19, our spirit and desire to dive have not! We're working hard (from home) to be ready to hit the pools and lakes as soon as we are given the all-clear.  Those of you in upcoming classes fear not, we'll get you through that certification.  And those of you not yet learning to dive, there's eLearning online available; you can get started now.  We are hoping to be back in our shops on April 13th, and in the pool on April 14th.  We hope you're staying safe, staying healthy, staying happy and enjoying the time extra time you have with your family.  When the world returns to normal, we hope you'll consider joining us for a dive.  ~ Peace

Little Cayman ~ Here We Come Again

Our recent trip to Little Cayman​ (March 2020) was such a success we've decided to visit again soon.  Our plan is for a trip sometime early 2021.  As with all our trips, our repeat travelers get first dibs on spaces, but there's often space available for new friends and we'd love to have you join us.  Our typical group trip accommodates between 16 and 30 people.  If you're interested in receiving notice of upcoming trips, be sure to sign up for our ENews.

WE'VE MOVED OUR MIDLAND SHOP!!

The small Downtown Midland Shop proved to be too small, so March 2, 2020, we relocated to a significantly larger space at 600 Cambridge Street, Suite 3, Midland.  We invite you to visit.  Our Midland dive gear showroom is now the largest in the Tri-Cities! Our Bay city Shop remains, and both shops are full-service dive shops for all your scuba and snorkeling needs.  Interested in an air gun?  Our Midland Shop houses our air gun display, but air gun air fills are available at both locations.

We Are Now an Atomic Aquatics Service Center

Increased requests for service by the Midland community prompted us to obtain certification as an Atomic Aquatics service center.  Annual service, inspection, and repair are available.  You may drop your gear off at either one of our shops for service.  Need more information or have questions, please contact our Midland Shop at (989) 486-3627.

Scuba Certification Complete in ONE WEEK!  NEXT WEEK!!

We have a few people in need of certification right away, so we've added a class to our calendar.  It starts Monday, October 14th and is completed with open water the weekend of 10/19 & 10/20.  LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.  If you or someone you know wants or needs to knock out their scuba certification this year before it's too late for open water certification locally, CALL US at (989) 486-3627 and get registered or register online right now.

Gilboa Quarry ~ October 15-17, 2019

Our divemaster, Jacob, will be diving Gilboa Quarry next week and you are welcome to join him.  Dive one day, dive three days.  You choose.  Quarry entrance fees are to be paid directly to the facility, in cash, the day you dive.  No gear to dive?
