SCUBA Diving Gear Service & Repair

We Are Your One-Stop Service Shop!

We service items for which we are an authorized dealer, and insure other items are serviced properly by our dive industry associates that are authorized dealers and trained service technicians.  We verify all service work is completed timely and cost effectively. You pick up all your items in one quick stop at our shop.

 

Items serviced in-house average 1-3 days turn around time.  Items sent out for service to an authorized service technician or manufacturer average 7-10 days.​

 

AIRFILLS

  • While you wait, or drop-off and pick-up at either our Bay City or Midland shop.

  • We fill all size SCUBA cylinders and paintball cylinders (excluding C02).

 

CYLINDER VISUAL INSPECTIONS

  • Plan to leave your cylinder(s) overnight for this service.

  • Please be sure to drain your cylinder to less than 500 PSI before you arrive.

  • If you are in need of a cylinder for use while we have yours for inspection, we will loan you one of ours at no charge.

  • External and internal inspections of cylinders must be done yearly.

  • Cylinders are inspected for marring, corrosion and cracks.

 

​HYDROSTATIC TESTING OF CYLINDERS

  • Includes visual inspection and air fill.

  • Cylinders must undergo hydrostatic testing every five (5) years to test for metal fatigue.

  • Plan to leave cylinders for 4-7 business days for completion of testing.

  • If you are in need of a cylinder for use while we have yours for inspections, we will loan you one of ours at no charge.

 

​REGULATOR, OCTO AND ALTERNATE AIR SOURCE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND INSPECTION

  • All regulators, octos and alternate air sources must undergo MAINTENANCE SERVICE, being completely disassembled, cleaned and the service kit replaced every two (2) years.  Per some manufacturers' specifications this service must be done every year to maintain warranty and/or replacement part plans. 

  • All regulators, octos and alternate air sources should undergo INSPECTION SERVICE yearly, meaning they should be evaluated and pressure tested by a qualified service technician every year, and more often if used frequently.

  • Skipping scheduled maintenance service and/or inspection dates, or having maintenance or inspections performed by an unauthorized dealer will void manufacturers' warranties and/or replacement part plans.

  • Scheduled MAINTENANCE SERVICE includes replacement of complete service kit, cleaning and pressure testing.

  • Scheduled INSPECTION SERVICE includes cleaning and pressure testing.

  • Regulator First stage:  Maintenance Service $33/unit;  Inspection $15/unit.

  • Regulator Second stage:  Maintenance Service $33/unit;  Inspection $15/unit.

  • Octo and Alternate Air Source:  Maintenance Service $33/unit;  Inspection $15/unit.

DRY SUIT REPAIR

  • Material patching, seal repair and installation.

  • Neck Seals.

  • Wrist Seals and Ankle Seals.

  • Tear repair.

  • Zipper Repair:  Price varies based on manufacturer, zipper style, location and size.

 

PRESCRIPTION MASK LENSES

  • Prescription lenses are available for all mask styles.

  • Choose from different styles of pop-in lenses or custom lenses ground to your exact prescription.
     

OTHER SERVICES

  • Computer battery replacement.

  • Flashlight bulb replacement.

  • Mask lens repair, clip and strap replacements.

  • Snorkel clip and mouthpiece replacement.

  • Fins strap replacement.
